  • A. I received a notification that my App version is outdated. How do I update it?
  • Simply go to the App Store to download the latest version of the Perxclub App.

  • B. How do I update my Merchants List?
  • To update your Merchants List, you have to first be connected to the Internet. Once connected, go to the Cards section. Then, press the Refresh button at the upper right corner of the screen. Wait for the App to load the new list of merchants.

  • C. Does my loyalty card have any validity period?
  • The validity period varies per Merchant. Some merchants assign a validity period to their loyalty card while others do not. Check the Terms and Conditions of each Merchant for more details.

  • D. What happens when my loyalty card has expired?
  • Some loyalty cards in Perxclub do not have an expiration date. It varies from merchant to merchant. But in the event that a certain loyalty card expires, it will be automatically deleted from your phone.

  • E. Will I be notified that my loyalty card is expiring soon?
  • Yes, an email will be sent reminding you that your loyalty card is expiring soon.

  • F. What happens when I’m not able to claim the reward within the validity period?
  • The reward will be automatically forfeited, if claimed after the validity period. This is also stated in the Merchant Terms and Conditions.

  • G. Will I be notified that a reward is expiring soon?
  • Yes, an email will be sent reminding you that your loyalty card is expiring soon.

  • H. How many times can I download the Specials of the Month offer?
  • You can download the Specials of the Month offer ONCE.

  • I. Do I need Internet connection to update my rewards list?
  • Yes, internet connection is required to update your Rewards List. Once connected, click on the Refresh button at the upper right corner of the screen, to update your Rewards List.

  • J. Do I need Internet connection to redeem rewards?
  • No. Once the reward is already in your Rewards List, you do not need internet connection to claim it. Simply present your phone to the Merchant. Point to the reward you wish to claim. Press the “Claim” button. Enter your personal passcode to confirm the redemption. Scan the Merchant’s Perxcode. And receive your reward!

    However, if the reward is NOT yet in your Rewards List, then you need to get connected to update your Rewards List first.

  • K. Do I need Internet connection to Play for a Prize?
  • Yes, internet connection is required to play for a prize, because you will need to access your Facebook account.

  • L. How do I set/ change my Personal Passcode?
  • Setting a New Passcode:

    Go to My Data and click on Password. Enter your desired password in the box provided for New Passcode. Then, re-type the desired password in the box provided for Confirm Passcode. Then, press the Save button.


    Changing your Passcode:

    Go to My Data and click on Password. Type your old password in the Current Password box. Type the new desired password in the New Passcode box, and re-type it in the Confirm Passcode box. Then, press the Save button.
