Troubleshooting

  • A. My loyalty card did not update after earning a stamp. What happened? Who should I contact?
  • Simply go back to the Main Menu of the Cards section. See screenshot below. This step will update your card.

    If problem persists, call the Perxclub Hotline at (02) 823-5332.

  • B. My rewards list will not update. Why?
  • You may have poor Internet connection. While looking for a strong connection, exit the App.

    Once you are connected, re-start the App. Go to the Rewards Section. Press the Rewards Tab. Then, press the Refresh button at the upper right hand corner.

  • C. I get logged off every now and then. Why does that happen?
  • A user typically gets logged off due to the following reasons: (a) user has been inactive for a long period of time, (b) the phone ran out of battery or (c) the app has crashed. When you do get logged off, simply log in again.

  • D. The App crashed. What should I do?
  • No problem! Simply log-in to the Perxclub App again.

  • E. The App crashed while I was trying to get a stamp. What should I do?
  • Simply log-in to the Perxclub App again. Check if the stamp did not go through. If it did not, show it to the Merchant and scan again. For any questions, call Perxclub at (02) 823-5332.

  • F. The App crashed while I was trying to claim a reward. What should I do?
  • Simply log-in to the Perxclub App again. Check if the reward is still in your Rewards List. If it still is, show it to the Merchant and repeat the process for claiming.

    If the reward is NOT in the list anymore, that means it has been successfully claimed. Present your phone to the merchant to show that the reward has been redeemed already. Wait for the merchant to give you the reward. For any questions, call Perxclub at (02) 823-5332.

  • G. What if the App hangs? What should I do?
  • No problem! Simply re-start the Perxclub App. To restart,

    For Apple Products:

    Double click the Home button. Look for the Perxclub App in the list of apps displayed at the bottom of the screen. Long-press the Perxclub icon until it jiggles. Then, press the minus button. Click the Home button again. Choose the Perxclub App and log-in as usual


    For Android Products:
  • H. I could not download the Specials of the Month offer. It just keeps on loading…
  • If the Specials of the Month section keeps loading, there may be a problem with your Internet connection. While looking for a strong connection, exit the App.

    Once you are connected, re-start the App. Go to the Specials of the Month section and repeat the process.
